Reservation Terms and Conditions

Welcome to Spanish Flowers Cocina Mexicana. By making a reservation, using our services, or accessing our website, you agree to follow these terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before proceeding with your booking.

1. Reservations

1. It is necessary to confirm all reservations at least 24 hours in advance. Otherwise, your booking may be canceled.
2. We hold reservations for only 30 minutes past the scheduled time. After this period, your reservation may be forfeited and offered to other guests.
3. To be seated, all guests in your party must be present. This ensures a smooth dining experience.
4. Failure to comply with these terms may result in the refusal of service at our discretion.

2. Deposit and Payment Policy

1. A deposit is required to secure your reservation. The deposit amount will be deductible from the total ticket of the person who made the reservation.
2. If there is any difference after the deduction, the remaining amount will be returned to you in the form of an online gift card for purchases through our app.
3. All payments and deposits are processed securely through Stripe. When making a payment, you also agree to Stripe’s Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
4. For special events or larger groups, we may request credit or debit card information during the booking process, with payment processed in advance or at the end of service.

3. Service Fee Policy

1. A service fee will automatically be added to the final bill, based on the size of your party:
   • For groups of 14 or fewer, a 15% service fee applies.
   • For parties of 15 to 18 guests, we add an 18% service fee.
   • For groups of 20 or more, a 20% service fee is applied.
2. This fee ensures that our service staff is appropriately compensated for managing larger groups.

4. Use of Facilities

1. Dining Room: The first 2 hours of your reservation are complimentary. Any additional time will be billed at $5.00 per person.
2. Outside Patio: Similarly, the first 2 hours are free, and any extra time incurs a charge of $5.00 per person.
3. Note that smoking is prohibited inside the restaurant at all times. However, designated smoking areas may be available outside the premises.

5. Cancellation and No-Show Policy

1. If you need to cancel or modify your reservation, please do so at least 24 hours in advance. Otherwise, your deposit may be forfeited.
2. In case of a no-show (if you fail to arrive without canceling), your deposit may be forfeited, and you could be charged for part of the services reserved.
